| What sort of things does Premium Gifts sell? We sell a wide variety or collectibles, gifts and decorative items, gadgets, novelties, toys and games, as well as specialty holiday items, gifts and ornaments. We are constantly adding new merchandise to our inventory.

| | How are returns handled, and what if the product I purchased is damaged when I receive it? Any items that are damaged or in any way unsatisfactory when you receive them may be returned for a full refund, or we can ship a replacement item to you. Back to Top
| | How can I get a catalog of all the items you offer? To receive our new 248 page full-color catalog, the cost is $5. Or, if your order is over $30 we will send you one free with your first order. Back to Top
| | How is shipping calulated? Shipping charges are determined by the weight and destination of the package. Once you submit your order, the shopping cart will total the shipping amount for you. Back to Top
| | What if I place an order and some of the items are out of stock, how is this handled? Once we process your order, if some of the items are out of stock, we will ship the items that are in stock and notify you of the out of stock items and their re-stock date. You will not be billed for any items that are not in stock.
